1. Acceptance
By creating a Metin2Social (metin2social.com) account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of the service
Metin2Social provides social content, discussion, and community spaces for the Metin2 player community. It is not an official game server, payment intermediary, or Metin2 publisher, and does not promise in-game item trading or server operations.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your password confidential, and activity under your account. Users under 13 may not create an account. Some features may be limited until email verification is complete.
4. Content rules
Illegal content, hate speech, harassment, fraud, malware, spam, sharing others’ personal data without permission, and IP infringement are prohibited. Moderators may remove content, restrict accounts, or suspend access.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to the extent needed to operate, display, back up, and secure the service. After deletion we remove public copies within a reasonable time; legal retention or backups may persist briefly.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for user content, third-party outages, or indirect damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Termination
You may request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations or security reasons.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
